1. Introduction

Welcome to NewHeeraAuto. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NewHeeraAuto website (the "Site"), including browsing products, placing orders, and any other services offered through the Site (collectively, the "Services").

3.2. Product compatibility with a specific vehicle make, model, or year is provided as general guidance only. It is the customer's responsibility to verify part compatibility before purchase. NewHeeraAuto is not liable for parts ordered based on incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer.

3.3. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices listed on the Site are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice.

4.2. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling charges unless explicitly stated. These will be calculated and displayed before checkout is completed.

4.3. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., cash on delivery, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or online payment gateways). Payment must be completed as per the method selected before order dispatch (except for cash on delivery orders).

4.4. In the event of a pricing error on the Site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and will notify the customer accordingly.

5.3. An order confirmation email or message does not guarantee acceptance of your order; it is an acknowledgment that we have received your order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1. Delivery timelines provided on the Site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, stock availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.2. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6.3. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. NewHeeraAuto is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

7.1. Products may be returned or exchanged within [X] days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, unless the product is defective or was sent in error.

8.1. Where a manufacturer's warranty applies to a Product, NewHeeraAuto will assist in facilitating warranty claims but is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated.

8.2. Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated on a product page, Products are sold "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8.3. NewHeeraAuto is not responsible for damage, injury, or vehicle malfunction resulting from improper installation, misuse, or use of a part that is incompatible with the customer's vehicle.

9.2. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
